Ronan S. Manlosa

Ronan S. Manlosa has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to learning and organizational development. Currently, they are the L&D Team Lead for the Corporate & Business Enabling Team at East West Banking Corporation. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager for Learning and Organizational Development at EEI Corporation for almost 8 years. Ronan S. has also worked as a consultant for the Cabalen Group of Companies and as a Senior Training Manager at SM Retail, Inc. In addition, they have held positions such as Learning Manager at Vista Center for Professional Development, Senior Manager of Sales Training and Recruitment Group at Moldex Realty Marketing Inc., Sales Training and Recruitment Manager at DMCI Homes Inc., Sales Training Manager at Eton Properties Philippines, Inc., Assistant Training Manager at Standard Insurance Co., Inc., and Sales Trainer at Zurich Philippines. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for designing and conducting training programs, managing teams, and providing guidance and support to individuals and departments.

Ronan S. Manlosa, CLDP, CHRP obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Far Eastern University in 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, from 1999 to 2001. Ronan S. completed their undergraduate studies at the University of St. La Salle, Bacolod City, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from 1992 to 1996.
