Tess Dean

Tess Dean currently serves as the First Vice-President and Sector Head/OIC Group Head of the Corporate Banking Group at East West Banking Corporation, overseeing corporate lending activities with a PHP60 Billion loan portfolio since January 2021. Previously, Tess held senior leadership roles at various financial institutions, including Senior Vice-President at China Bank Savings Inc, where management of SME lending activities with a PHP25 Billion portfolio was a focus. Tess's extensive experience includes credit risk management positions across multiple banks, including Chief Credit Officer at Philippine Bank of Communications and Vice-President of Risk Management at BDO Private Bank Inc. Tess holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines.
