Thomas Mayhugh

Thomas Mayhugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, coaching, and athletic training. Currently serving as a New Home Sales Associate at Eastwood Homes since November 2024, Thomas previously worked as a Realtor at David Hoffman Realty, where management of the sales process for residential properties was a key focus. In addition to real estate, Thomas has held leadership roles in the fitness industry, including Regional Vice President at Hi-Rise Fitness and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for Charlotte Independence. Thomas is the owner of Mayhugh Athletic LLC, delivering strength and conditioning services, and has a strong background in event coordination in real estate management with Greystar. Educationally, Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from George Mason University.
