Terlya Hunt

Terlya Hunt is the Head of People & Culture at Easy Agile since January 2021, focusing on building a scalable people-first culture within the organization. Previously, Terlya served as a People & Culture Business Partner at Easy Agile, and as a Student Coach for the Winter22 Program at Startmate, where the initiative supported university students in exploring startup environments. Prior experience includes roles at SafetyCulture, where Terlya was a People Partner and People Experience Manager, contributing to the company being recognized as the 4th best place to work in Australia. Terlya started a career in recruitment as a Digital Recruitment Consultant at Motion Recruitment, specializing in various digital roles. Terlya holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in International Studies and Commerce from the University of Wollongong, and also studied International Business at the University of Valencia.
