Jennifer Lynch possesses extensive experience in human resources and people strategy, currently serving as the Director of People Strategy at Easy Step Enterprises since October 2022. Previous leadership roles include Vice President of People Experience at Arcadia Beverage and Vice President of People and Learning at Gaia Herbs, where significant initiatives such as a leader development program and performance management processes were launched.
