Muhammad Ihsan Razak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. muhammad started their career in 2001 at PT. Asuransi Prisma Indonesia as an Underwriting Manager. muhammad later became the Branch Manager - Semarang at PT. Asuransi Prisma Indonesia in 2006. In 2008, they transitioned to PT Asuransi Tugu Kresna Pratama as a Manager. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as the General Manager at PT Sino Insurance Broker & Consultant. In 2014, they took on the role of General Manager at PT Antara Intermediary Indonesia (Insurance Broker) temporarily before joining PT. Estika Jasatama Insurance Brokers as the Director of Operations from 2014 to 2019. muhammad then joined PT. Asuransi Umum Videi as the Technical Director from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Commissioner at PT. Chartered Reinsurance Brokers, a position they assumed in 2018.

Muhammad Ihsan Razak began their education in 1991 at the Academy Insurance of Trisakti in Jakarta, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in General Insurance in 1994. From 2000 to 2004, Ihsan Razak attended the University of Prof Dr Moestopo in Jakarta, earning another Bachelor's degree in General Insurance. During the same period, they also pursued a Master's degree in Economics at the same institution, which they completed in 2003. In 2004, Ihsan Razak obtained the General Insurance Course certificate from the Insurance School of Japan in Tokyo. In 2015, they acquired the certifications of Ahli Pialang Asuransi Indonesia and Certified Insurance Risk Management level 5 from the Asosiasi Ahli Pialang Asuransi dan Reasuransi Indonesia and Asosiasi Ahli Management Asuransi Indonesia, respectively.
