Kevin Gallagher

Kevin Gallagher serves as the Executive Vice President and National Director of Government Guaranteed Lending at Servbank since November 2025, where responsibilities include developing a national SBA 504/7a business. Previously, Gallagher held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of SBA Lending at Dime Community Bank from 2019 to November 2025, focused on expanding the SBA portfolio with various loan offerings. Gallagher's experience includes leadership roles at Cross River, The 504 Company/Empire State CDC, Customers Bank, Citi, and the New York Business Development Corporation, all centered on SBA lending and business development. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Laurel University, an MBA from Dowling College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Dowling College.
