Husnain Khan

Husnain Khan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2011, they worked as a Senior HR Manager at Vopium, where they focused on designing recruitment and selection policies, implementing performance management systems, and aligning HR functions with corporate strategy. From 2014 to 2016, they held the position of HR Manager at both PakWheels.com and Confiz, and was responsible for various HR-related responsibilities. In 2016, they founded Easy2Employ, LLC, where they managed a team of 10 staff members and provided recruitment and organizational development services. Husnain also worked as a Head HR Consultant at IQVIS from 2016 to 2017. In 2019, they served as an HR Leader at Xavor Corporation. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Human Resources Advisor at GrocerApp and as the Director of Business Support at Cognitive Healthcare International. In 2021, they founded AIREC, an AI-powered recruitment platform where they serve as the Founder and Product Owner. Most recently, they joined eClinic Advanced Urgent Care as the Director of Business Support starting in 2022.

Husnain Khan's education history begins in 1999 when they attended Aitchison College and obtained their Intermediate degree in Pre-Engineering. From 2002 to 2004, they attended the University of the Punjab and achieved a Bachelor's degree in an unspecified field of study. In 2005, they enrolled at Kaplan International College London and pursued an ACCA certification, completing part of the qualification. Continuing their education, Husnain Khan joined Coventry University in 2007 and completed an MBA in Innovative Management in 2008.

In terms of further certifications, Husnain Khan obtained a Business Writing certification from Coursera in June 2020. Additionally, in September 2013, they acquired an SAP ERP HCM certification from SAP.

Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, Husnain Khan attended Avado and completed a CIPD L5 Diploma in Human Resource Management over a span of 14 months.
