Rosnny Oswaldo Alvear has held various roles in the corporate world since 2008. Rosnny Oswaldo began their career at LAN Airlines as Jefe de Servicio al PAX and Office Manager. In 2015, they joined Lujor as Gerente Regional and M&M Travel Group as Gerente de producto y canales and Gerente retail. In 2019, they became Co-Founder of Padel Tour Ecuador and in 2020 they were Business Develop Manager at The Urban Rides and Head at EsportsTotal. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Head Ecuador at easycancha and Co-Founder | Head at Raquetatotal.com / Bullpadel Ecuador, a sports management company with a focus on squash, padel and running.
