Margarita Hovhannisyan

Margarita Hovhannisyan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Margarita currently serves as a People and Culture Manager at EasyDMARC since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at ReArmenia NGO starting from March 2021. Margarita also held the position of P&C Business Partner at Philip Morris International from January 2021 to April 2021.

Margarita'slongest tenure was at Philip Morris Armenia LLC, where they held multiple roles. From November 2017 to December 2020, they worked as a P&C & Administration Executive, responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employer branding, personal data management, international assignments management, employee insurance maintenance, payroll, compensation and benefits, company principles and practices, annual events organization, and internship culture development. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Executive at the same company from March 2008 to October 2017.

Before joining Philip Morris, Margarita worked at the Philip Morris MSBV Representative Office in Armenia from March 2003 to February 2008 as a Regional Administrative Executive. Margarita started their career as a Lecturer at the University of Practical Psychology and Sociology in September 2002, where they worked until June 2003.

Margarita Hovhannisyan obtained a Master's degree in English Language and Foreign Literature from Yerevan State University from 1995 to 2000.
