Mbulelo Mpofana

Mbulelo Mpofana currently serves as the Head of Product for EasyProtect and EasyCredit at EasyEquities, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Mbulelo co-founded InvestSure, an innovative insurance company that created a world-first product to protect shareholders from management fraud. Experience includes being a member of the innovation project team at Hannover Rück SE, where involvement in business development for InvestSure took place, as well as participation in the Journey Re international entrepreneurship program. Additionally, Mbulelo founded Trafficeye, a telematics startup aimed at reducing automobile accidents. Early career stages included roles as an actuarial analyst and in various finance positions at AIG, alongside entrepreneurial training at IBM and leadership at Enactus. Mbulelo holds a degree from the University of the Free State and has furthered education at Raizcorp.
