Oliver Tierney is currently the Partnerships Lead at KICK, where they manage and develop streaming partnerships in sports, esports, gaming, and pop culture across global markets. With a strong foundation in event management, marketing, and brand activation, they have a proven track record in crafting impactful brand narratives and driving engagement. Oliver has accumulated four years of professional esports experience, competing and training in 16 countries with renowned organizations such as ESL and Starladder. They previously served as the Valorant Head Coach at ORDER Esports Pty Ltd and have held positions at Monster Energy while also possessing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Business from Griffith University.
