Ashton Smith

Ashton Smith is currently the Operations Director at EasyHealth. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Risk & Quality Operations for Optum from September 2018 to October 2021. In this role, they managed a global organization of up to 750 onshore, offshore, FTEs, and contractors. From May 2016 to April 2018, Ashton was the Business Process Owner at Jackson. In this role, they managed the Nashville account servicing groups for life insurance and annuity products as well as up to 100 exempt and nonexempt FTEs. Prior to Jackson, Ashton worked at Wells Fargo from June 2010 to May 2016 as the AVP of Lending & Secondary Markets. In this role, they managed up to 650 exempt and non-exempt FTEs and contractors.

Ashton Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Auburn University Harbert College of Business and a Master of Business Administration from University of South Carolina Aiken.
