Julie Lowe

Julie Lowe is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at easyJet. Previously, Julie held several significant roles at Sky, including Head of TA Transformation and Head of Operating Model and Org Design for Sky Life, along with a position as Performance, Talent & Learning Lead at Sky Life. Before that, Julie worked at ANZ as the Global Head of Assessment, Graduate & Recruitment Marketing, and as the Global Head of Assessment & Career Support. Julie's early career also included consultancy work as a Director at Assess Talent Consulting Limited. Julie holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a MA Hons in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen.
