Cristina Navarro Phr

Cristina Navarro, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Cristina is currently the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Tubi, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, from June 2019 to April 2022, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Down To Earth Landscape & Irrigation, where they built the company's talent acquisition function from scratch and implemented strategies to enhance team engagement and scale.

Before their role at Down To Earth, Cristina was the Director of Talent Acquisition at BrightView Landscapes from November 2017 to June 2019. In this role, they oversaw talent acquisition for a 24,000 employee organization and was responsible for executive, professional, and field recruitment, as well as university relations, military recruitment, and technology.

During their time at BrightView, Cristina also served as a Senior Regional Recruiter from August 2014 to November 2017. In this capacity, they managed recruitment for mid-level and senior leadership roles and implemented a regional pipeline strategy that reduced time-to-fill rates and maintained candidate quality.

Prior to BrightView, Cristina worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Digital Risk from June 2013 to July 2014, where they managed the full recruitment life cycle and developed sourcing strategies utilizing various tools and platforms.

Cristina's career began at McRoberts Technologies in June 2011, where they served as an HR Business Partner. Cristina led hiring and onboarding efforts for high-profile clients and implemented the company's first integrated application tracking system.

Cristina Navarro, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems and Services from The College of New Jersey. Cristina has also obtained several additional certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2012 and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in January 2015. Other certifications obtained by Cristina include the Professional Recruiter Certification - AIRS PRC from ADP in November 2016, the Targeted Selection Trainer Certification from Development Dimensions International in October 2014, and the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in December 2019.
