Kushilka Zaharia

Kushilka Zaharia is an experienced procurement and operations leader in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Lead Procurement Manager for easyJet's Engineering & Maintenance since January 2023. In this role, Kushilka manages the procurement function, overseeing two procurement managers and developing strategic initiatives to enhance supplier relationships and drive cost efficiencies. Previously, Kushilka was the Head of MRO Operations at AMETEK MRO, managing an $18M business and leading a team of 50 employees. Prior roles include the Head of Value Engineering at AAR, where management of a 20-member team focused on cost reduction within aviation repair, and various positions that demonstrated capabilities in continuous improvement and warranty engineering. Kushilka holds a BEng (Hons) in General Engineering from Durham University.
