Lauren Newton

Lauren Newton is an experienced professional in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Management & Administration New Hire Team Leader at easyJet since October 2017. Lauren has a strong background in onboarding new employees, possessing extensive knowledge of airside and non-airside vetting regulations. Prior to this role, Lauren worked as a New Hire Coordinator at easyJet and as Cabin Crew with Virgin Atlantic, where responsibilities included ensuring passenger safety and service on long-haul flights. Lauren's tenure at easyJet began in 2011 as a Recruitment Assessor for Cabin Crew and Cabin Managers, followed by a position as Cabin Manager, where leadership and customer experience were key focuses.
