Neil Slaven

Neil Slaven currently serves as the Director of Operations Strategy and Planning at easyJet, leading the Operational Strategy & Planning team responsible for over 500,000 flights annually. Previously, Neil held positions including Director of Network and Airports, where oversight of Network Planning decisions and airport relationships was pivotal, and Director of Network and Long Term Planning. In earlier roles at easyJet, Neil contributed significantly to the UK market strategy, generating over £3 billion in revenue. Prior to easyJet, Neil gained consultancy experience at Steer Davies Gleave, advising on aviation policy and regulatory challenges, and held the role of Network Planning Manager at Jet2.com. Neil holds a degree in Air Transport Management from Loughborough University.
