Alexandre Ravet

Research Engineer, Perception And Tracking at EasyMile

Alexandre Ravet has been working in the software development field since 2007. Alexandre began their career as an Embedded Software Developer at Wavecom, where they developed BSP and middleware and implemented 3GPP 27.010 multiplexing protocol and SIM/USIM drivers. In the same year, they also worked as an Embedded Software Developer at Ateliers R.Laumonier. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Research Engineer at CEA LIST, where they were responsible for embedded software development on quadrocopter UAVs, sensor integration, motor control layer, and navigation algorithms. From 2011 to 2016, they were a PhD Student at LAAS-CNRS. Currently, they are a Research Engineer on the Perception Team at EasyMile.

Alexandre Ravet obtained their Engineer degree from Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Electronique et de ses Applications in an unspecified year. Alexandre then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in machine learning and robotics from LAAS-CNRS, which they completed in 2015.
