Anaïs Brygo has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. In 2007, they were a Technical Operator at Oerlikon Balzers, where they worked in the tools and precision components' coating process. In 2011, they were a Functional Pilot for a CRM-oriented computer application with Alten and PSA Peugeot Citroën. In 2012, they completed their M.Sc. thesis at CNRS (French National Center of Scientific Research) - Ampère lab. (UMR 5005). From 2013 to 2017, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher and completed their Ph.D. in robotics at IIT - Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia. Her thesis was titled "Development of an augmented control framework for effective tele-manipulations with a humanoid robot". Anaïs also worked with the humanoid robot COMAN, the IIT hand exoskeleton HEXOTRAC, the Pisa/IIT robotic hand SoftHand, the Kuka LWR manipulator, and the vision-based motion capture system Optitrack. Finally, since 2017, they have been a R&D Robotics Engineer at EasyMile.
Anaïs Brygo is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia. Prior to this, they completed the last year of their Master's degree at INSA Lyon & Centrale Lyon in 2012, where they studied Automation and Mechanics. Anaïs also attended the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 2010 to 2011, where they studied Mechanics and Automatic. Lastly, they attended INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 2007 to 2012, where they studied Mechanics.
