Cristina Castellano Hernández has a diverse work experience. Cristina started their career in 2014 as a Nursery Nurse at Bright Horizons, where they were responsible for overseeing the smooth running of early years practice and building relationships with children and their families. Cristina later became a Senior Nursery Nurse, taking on additional responsibilities in planning and preparing activities for children's individual needs.

In 2016, Cristina worked as a SEN Teaching Assistant at George Green's School, supporting identified pupils through various strategies and providing individual support during exams. Cristina then joined Plaistow Primary School as a Spanish Teacher, where they planned and delivered engaging lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
