Kathleen Hromek

Kathleen Hromek has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as People Operations Manager at EasyPark Group since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at PARK NOW Group starting from March 2020. From February 2017 to February 2020, they served as an HR Business Partner at Signavio. Kathleen also gained experience as a Master's Thesis student in the HR department at Bosch Engineering GmbH from October 2016 to January 2017. Before that, they worked as a HR student intern at Bosch Software Innovations starting from October 2014 until September 2016. Kathleen also completed an internship at the Deutsche Botschaft London in the Culture and Education Department from July 2014 to September 2014. Kathleen worked as a HR student intern at Transparency International from October 2013 to July 2014. In addition, they completed an HR internship at Deutsche Bank Luxemburg S.A. from June 2013 to September 2013. Kathleen's professional journey began as an Assistant in Visitor Management at Deutscher Bundestag from October 2011 to May 2013.

Kathleen Hromek started their education by pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Management at Technische Hochschule Wildau from 2011 to 2014. Subsequently, they went on to obtain a Master of Arts degree in European Studies from European-University Viadrina between 2015 and 2017.
