Roland Maas has a diverse work experience in graphic design. Roland started their career as a Crossmedia Vormgever at PVW Amsterdam in 2012, where they developed print advertising campaigns for companies like Roche, Nutricia, and Pfizer. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Graphic Designer at So-Social Foundation, where they were responsible for logo design, branding, and social media content. During this time, they also worked as a Graphic Designer at Stichting Muses and created logos, websites, and promotional materials for the organization. In 2015, Roland started their own design studio, Studio Roland Maas, where they specialized in logo design, illustration, and typography. Roland also worked as a Graphic Designer at De Mus and Verborgen Jongens during this period. In 2016, they joined EasyPark Group and PARK NOW Group as a Graphic Designer and Grafisch Vormgever, respectively, where they focused on visual design for their parking apps. In addition, Roland worked as an Event Organizer and Graphic Designer at Kitchen Roulette from 2015 to 2016, creating branding and designing the logo and website for the event. Roland Maas completed their education from 2010 to 2012 at SintLucas, where they obtained a degree in Crossmedia Vormgever. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, Roland attended SintLucas again, achieving a degree in DTPer. The field of study for this degree was DTP, with the level of education being MBO - Niveau 3. Before their time at SintLucas, from 2002 to 2006, Roland studied at Het Hooghuis Lyceum. Roland completed the Kaderberoepsgerichte leerweg VMBO program at this institution, with a field of study in Vorm & Ambacht.
