Iryna Grachova is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over 17 years in various roles. Currently serving as the Head of HR at EasyPay UA since July 2018, Iryna has been instrumental in developing and administering human resource plans, enhancing employee satisfaction, and managing recruitment strategies. Prior to EasyPay UA, Iryna worked at TYME in the FinTech sector from August 2011 to June 2018, focusing on staffing, performance management, and organizational design. At VIDI from March 2006 to August 2011, Iryna served as an HR Manager, responsible for recruitment, employee adaptation, and salary reviews. Iryna's educational background includes studies at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, Kherson State University, and the School of HRM.
