Jordan Gan

Jordan Gan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Customer Success Director for APAC at EasySend since February 2022, Jordan has previously held significant positions including Senior Manager and Technical Account Manager at Salesforce from October 2019 to January 2022, and Client Success Team Leader for APAC at Datorama from January 2014 to October 2019. Additionally, a background in media and consumer insights was established as the Media and Consumer Insights Coordinator at L'Oréal from July 2012 to December 2013. Jordan holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Melbourne, attained between 2008 and 2011.
