Cedric BRUNO is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operational management within the IT industry. Currently serving as the Head of Global Customer Success at EasyVista since August 2021, responsibilities include managing a worldwide Customer Success Management team and defining global strategies for value delivery to clients across SaaS ITSM and ITOM products. Prior roles at EasyVista also included leading EMEA Customer Success efforts and focusing on client retention for the ServiceNav service. Previously, Cedric held various management positions at Econocom for over 14 years, overseeing production operations, service delivery, and Unix infrastructure for a significant workforce across multiple locations. Cedric possesses a strong educational background in computer science, with a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie from Université Pierre Mendès-France and a Baccalauréat in Physics/Chemistry.
