Bejonty Richardson

Bejonty Richardson has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Bejonty began their career as an Office Assistant/Camp Schedule Organizer at JMU's Furious Flower Poetry Center, followed by a role as an HBCU Fellow/Outreach Officer at The Consortium for Ocean Leadership together with the Integrated Ocean Drilling Program, IODP-USIO in 2010. Following this, they were a Student, Student Office Assistant, Lab Assistant and Media Assistant, Pro Tools at Virginia State University from 2008-2015. In 2015, they became a Supervisor Engineering Support/Management Trainee - Track at BNSF Railway, followed by an Enrollment Agent role at MorphoTrust USA in 2016. In 2017, they were a Construction Crew Lead at Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County, before becoming a Mechanic Assembler/Installer at Boeing in 2018. In 2020, they became an Assembler at Tasso, Inc., and currently holds the role of Production Lead at easyXAFS LLC since 2021.

Bejonty Richardson completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Manufacturing Engineering from Virginia State University in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Harrisonburg High School from 2005 to 2008. In addition, Bejonty obtained certifications in CPR and First Aid from the National Safety Council in June 2015 and is in the process of obtaining an OSHA 10 certification.
