Jon Stephens has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Office Manager and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Eat.Drink.Sleep Hospitality Group since March 2017, Jon previously held various managerial roles including General Manager at Decoy Restaurant and Manager at Seasons 52. Prior positions include Store Manager at Starbucks and General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings. Jon was a key member of the opening team for The Padre Hotel, where responsibilities included overseeing food and beverage operations for a historic hotel featuring multiple dining venues. Additionally, experience includes managing the award-winning JRDN restaurant at Tower23 Hotel and leading operations at Gringos Cantina. Before entering the hospitality field, Jon served in the United States Marine Corps from 1997 to 2002.
