Silla Pernille started their career in 1999 as an Executive Chef and later became the Managing Director at Feng Sushi. Silla Pernille then joined Genji, LLC as the Managing Director UK and later served as the Director of Food Development. Silla also worked as a Chef Consultant for Sushi Silla, specializing in Japanese food. Silla Pernille then held various roles at KellyDeli, including Head of New Projects, Director, and Head of Food Product Innovation. Currently, Silla is an Entrepreneur, Culinary Consultant, Sushi Kiosk Expert, and Chef.
