Education, training, and mentoring that help develop stronger communities empower people's lives.

Established in January 2011, we are a Community Interest Company (not for profit), now working across Devon (including the unitary authorities of Torbay and Plymouth - as the Learning Curve), helping 1000s of people realise their potential.

Our services are based on the delivery of bespoke 1:1 and group education to post-16s with ECHPs, as well as adult training, coaching, and mentoring. We have built opportunities for people to get involved with their community, embedding training and development, and empowering people to direct their future and identify what support they need and how to achieve this.

Our adult programmes cover a wide range of expertise needed within the community to enable people at all levels to move forward with their lives and careers: health & wellbeing, employability skills, job search, digital skills, functional skills, housing, and finance.
