Valentin Garcia Alcocer

Valentin García Alcocer currently holds the position of Vice President of Innovation Strategy at Eatable Adventures, focusing on the development of disruptive technologies in the food system. Simultaneously, Valentin serves as the Innovation Strategy Director at Madrid Food Innovation Hub and as an Adjunct Professor at IE University, where teachings include Design Methodologies and Agile methodologies. Prior experience includes founding Valentin Garal - Design and innovation, and co-founding EnVereda, along with significant roles at La Nave, Opinno, Promexico, and Galeria Mexicana de Diseño. Valentin's educational background in Industrial Design was obtained from IED Madrid, complemented by a program at Basque Culinary Center.
