Mike Lafratta is an experienced professional in the food and beverage and hospitality sectors, currently serving as the Director of Store Operations at Eataly. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Director of F&B and Hospitality Operations at Emmekappa Consulting. Additional experience includes serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at The Setai in Miami Beach, as well as the Outlets Manager at Silversea Cruises.
