In 2015, James became the Head of Creative at Casual Films, leading creative development on various accounts and advising on content strategies for online channels. James also managed and mentored a team of creatives.

From 2016 to 2020, James worked as a Freelance Creative at various companies, including Casual Films and Zinc Media Group. James contributed to scriptwriting, concept development, and art direction for various projects.
