Sarah Medina

Sarah Medina is an accomplished editorial leader with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently serving as Managing Editor at Eater since August 2025, Sarah has held similar positions at Thrillist and Time Out Group plc, where significant achievements include creating inaugural Black History Month and Women’s History Month editorial projects and initiating a collaboration with Apple News. Prior roles span from managing Time Out's North America network to launching Time Out San Francisco magazine. With a foundation in digital content management and editorial strategy, experience also includes significant contributions at 7x7, The Bold Italic, The Huffington Post, and KTVU 2 News. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Cultural Studies from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
