Tung Ching Chou (Tony) has worked in the customer service industry since 2013. Tung Ching began their career at Agoda, where they held the positions of Customer Experience Group Operations Support - Technology, Customer Experience Group Special Projects, Customer Experience Group Team Manger (Chinese Team), and Customer Support Specialist - Chinese. In 2018, they moved to Shopee, where they served as Deputy Head of Customer Service and Cross Border Customer Experience & Supply Chain Lead.
