Isabel Salazar

Isabel Salazar, MS, RD, LD, currently serves as a Clinical Dietitian at the Eating Recovery Center since May 2022. Previously, Isabel completed a dietetic internship at The University of Texas Medical Branch, where rotations included clinical settings, community service, and specialized areas such as sports nutrition and pediatrics. Isabel also held roles in event coordination at UT RecSports and as a kitchen assistant at the ACC Childcare Center. Experience as a research assistant at TX Sprouts and as a sports nutrition intern for Texas Football contributed to a well-rounded background in nutrition and health. Isabel holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Metabolism from The University of Texas Medical Branch and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from The University of Texas at Austin.
