Selina Griswold is a seasoned academic and diversity leader with extensive experience in higher education and organizational development. Currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Business Division at Monroe County Community College, Griswold focuses on providing quality learning opportunities to facilitate student success. Additionally, in the role of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility and Belonging Director/Executive Advisor at Eating Recovery Center, Griswold applies expertise in DEIAB principles to shape organizational strategies that foster inclusivity. Previously, Griswold held various notable roles, including Faculty Associate Adjunct at The University of Texas Permian Basin, Global Director of Diversity at Black & Veatch, and Director of Equity at the Centering Healthcare Institute, among others. Griswold's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management from Purdue University, ongoing PhD studies in Foundations of Education at The University of Toledo, and a Master of Arts focused on Cultural Diversity from Northcentral University.
