Trey Melancon

Trey Melancon is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Eating Recovery Center since July 2024, Trey previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Financial Operations at Covenant Physician Partners, where responsibilities included presenting financial results and providing strategic insights to the Executive Committee and KKR Board. At Women's Health USA, Trey excelled as Vice President of Finance, leading budgeting and forecasting while guiding seven successful merger and acquisition transactions that generated significant annual EBITDA. Earlier roles at Surgical Care Affiliates included Senior Director positions overseeing financial and sales operations, financial planning processes for a large portfolio of surgery centers, and establishing best practices for financial support functions. Trey began his career at HealthSouth and Medical Properties Trust, holding progressively responsible financial analyst roles. Trey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Real Estate from The University of Alabama.
