Jessica Ball, MS RDN, serves as the Nutrition Digital Editor at EatingWell since June 2019, having previously held the position of Assistant Digital Editor of Nutrition. From August 2017 to September 2021, Jessica Ball worked at the University of Vermont College of Agriculture and Life Sciences as an Office Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant, supporting program directors and aiding professors in academic duties. Earlier experiences include roles as an Undergraduate Learning Assistant at MSU College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, a Research Assistant focusing on educational materials for diabetes and cardiovascular disease, and an intern with Michigan State University Extension, where community nutrition education was a primary focus. Jessica Ball holds a Master of Science in Dietetics from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from Michigan State University.
