Mohamed Shalabi

Mohamed Shalabi has over fifteen years of experience in the IT field. Mohamed is currently the CTO and VP of Professional Services at Eaton & Associates. Prior to that, they were the Director of Information Technology at Parachute Technology, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the company's IT strategy. Mohamed has also held positions as a Senior Systems Administrator, Service Desk Analyst, and 2nd Tier Technical Support at other companies. In each role, they have demonstrated their ability to manage complex projects and teams, provide high-quality customer service, and stay up-to-date on emerging IT trends.

Mohamed Shalabi holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a BS in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of San Francisco. Mohamed also holds certifications from VMware (VMware Certified Associate 6 - Data Center Virtualization), Amazon Web Services (AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Level), Cisco (CCNA), Apple (Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist), Microsoft (MCP) and CompTIA (Comptia Net+, comptia A+).
