Scott Lanphere

Scott Lanphere has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Scott is currently appointed as the Chief Investment Officer at HYCAP since November 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded Next Path Media Ltd in March 2023. Scott also worked as a partner at Witstock Limited from February 2023, where their role focused on delivering performance solutions to existing assets and providing expertise in various areas such as legal, technical, and regulatory. Lanphere served as the Managing Director at Parlay Capital Ltd. since January 2021, and as the Managing Director at Eaton Gate Capital Partners Limited since 2010, specializing in private capital and advisory services for large private clients. Additionally, Lanphere worked as a Director at Talenthouse AG from November 2021 to March 2023, and as the Chief of Corporate Development at Talenthouse until March 2023. Scott served as the Managing Director at Quest Digital Limited from November 2020 to March 2023. Earlier in their career, Lanphere worked as a Senior Advisor at Aletheia Partners, focusing on private equity deals in the UK and Germany, and held the position of Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder at Omnio Holdings SA from September 2017 to May 2021.

Scott Lanphere earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 1984 to 1987. Scott then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School, where they studied from 1989 to 1991.
