Medical Governance

The Medical Governance team at Eaton Rapids Medical Center plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. This team, led by the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, along with the Director of Quality, Risk Management, Accreditation, and Medical Staff, develops and oversees policies and procedures that govern clinical practices, monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives throughout the hospital. Their efforts help maintain ERMC's prestigious five-star rating and support its commitment to exceptional healthcare delivery.
