James Kuykendall, JD, MBA, CMAA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and business roles, currently serving as Managing Director at IBG Fox & Fin and IBG Business since August 2018, specializing in mergers and acquisitions for middle market companies. Prior to these positions, James was the Owner/President of Liberty Pipeline Services of Arizona, LLC from 2015 to April 2018, and held various roles at Imerys from 2006 to 2015, including Vice President & General Counsel for North and Central America. James has a strong track record in managing legal and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing corporate governance for numerous entities, and developing legal strategies that have significantly reduced litigation exposure. Academic qualifications include a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona, an MBA in International Finance, and a JD from the University of San Diego.
