Bill Howarth

Bill Howarth has a strong background in fixed income portfolio management. Bill started their career at Dreyfus Corporation in 1997 as a Senior Portfolio Manager, where they actively managed short, intermediate, and long duration fixed income portfolios. Bill was responsible for individual security selection, fundamental analysis, and sector allocation. During their time at Dreyfus, they received Lipper Awards for top performing funds. In 2006, they joined Fox Asset Management as a Vice President and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. In this role, they managed fixed income portfolios for various clients including mutual funds, pension funds, insurance, separate and wrap accounts. Bill was responsible for portfolio structure, credit selection, yield curve and duration decisions across all fixed income sectors.

Bill Howarth has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Management Information Systems, General from St. Peters College in Jersey City, NJ. Bill also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of Scranton in Scranton, PA.
