Abhay Nipane

Abhay Nipane has over 20 years of experience in IT project management and leadership, currently serving as Scrum Master and Program Manager in Financials Information Technology at Eaton since June 2010. Abhay oversees the product and program roadmap for various financial systems, driving IT initiatives to enhance business effectiveness. Prior roles at Eaton include IT Leader for Global Enterprise Applications and Manager of IT Infrastructure Projects. Abhay's earlier career features significant contributions at Wipro Ltd. as Manager of IT Projects, and at KPIT as Senior Consultant, focusing on HRMS implementations for global clients. Abhay holds a Master's Degree in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Systems Management from Informatics Computer Systems.
