Bryan M. Welsh

Bryan M. Welsh is the Director of International Tax Strategy at Eaton, where they lead the global tax policy function. They possess over ten years of experience in international tax, having worked with various clients including governments and corporations to navigate complex tax issues. Previously, Bryan has held positions at EY as Senior Manager in International Tax and Transaction Services, as well as roles at The World Bank and the International Finance Corporation. Bryan completed an LLM in International Taxation at NYU and is currently pursuing a JD at American University Washington College of Law, alongside a degree in Political Economy from Williams College.
