Caitlin Weeks serves as the HR Director at Eaton since June 2016, having progressed through multiple HR roles including HR Manager for Division Operations, Plant HR Manager, and Lead HR Generalist. Caitlin participated in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program during two rotations. Prior to Eaton, Caitlin gained experience as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Admissions and as an Academic Tutor for Athletes at West Virginia University from November 2012 to May 2016. Caitlin also completed a Human Resources Internship at Eaton in the summer of 2015 and an internship at The National Institutes of Health from June 2011 to May 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, both obtained from West Virginia University.
