Dominique Rorive currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources EMEA at Eaton since April 2022. Prior to this, Dominique served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SK Capital Partners and Bodycote, with extensive experience in the human resources field across various industries. Dominique's career spans over two decades, including roles at well-known companies like INEOS, The Chemours Company, and DuPont. With a strong background in talent management, organizational design, and HR projects, Dominique has consistently demonstrated success in their HR leadership roles. Dominique holds a Master's degree in Political Science & Economics from the University of Lausanne and has also completed leadership development trainings at IMD.
