Jackie Aronica Morgan

Jackie Aronica Morgan is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Eaton since 2015, overseeing recruitment for a diverse workforce of over 90,000 employees across more than 60 countries. Prior to this role, Jackie was Director of Global Executive Talent Acquisition at Bank of America from 2007 to 2015, where responsibilities included staffing management and executive recruiting. Jackie’s earlier experience spans from 1998 to 2007 at The Lewis Group as Director, focusing on executive search within investment banking, capital markets, and wealth management. Academically, Jackie holds an MBA from the University of New Haven and a BA in English Language and Literature from Saint Joseph's College.
