Jim Dickes

Jim Dickes is currently serving as the Manufacturing Strategy Director for Residential Wiring Devices at Eaton. Prior to this role, they held several positions within Eaton, including Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer and Manufacturing Strategy Manager, from 2022 to 2023. Jim gained early experience as a Production Engineering Intern at Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp. between 2014 and 2015. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
